...to my personal homepage. I am an assistant professor at the Département Hypermédia at the Université de Paris VIII in the field of information and communication science.
My research is done in the context of Laboratoire Paragraphe where I am a member of the dynamic hypertext group.
My work is centered on the theory, critique, and implementation of the concept of "delegation". I try to understand how we can introduce the cultural, ethical, and political sensibility of the humanities to the process of software / application / web design. A part of that work consists of developping a tool that allows for the delegation of certain cognitive and social tasks. It is called "procspace" and has its own page.
Besides research, I teach several classes on the understanding, conceptualization, and implementation of web systems.
